- Orders may be declined, canceled, or refunded at our discretion where fraud or misuse is suspected.
- Taxes/fees may apply depending on your location and will be displayed where applicable.
5) Subscriptions & Renewal
Subscriptions run for the term you select (e.g., 1/3/6/12 months). If an auto-renew option is offered and you enable it, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can manage renewal settings before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
6) Delivery of IPTV Credentials
After successful payment, we deliver your IPTV activation details (e.g., M3U/portal URL, username/password) via email and/or WhatsApp using the contact details you provided. Delivery times may vary due to manual checks, supplier availability, or technical issues; we aim to fulfill orders promptly.
7) Acceptable Use
- No sharing, reselling, or sublicensing of your subscription without written permission.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, bypassing security, or interfering with service operation.
- No use for unlawful purposes or to infringe third-party rights (including copyright).
- We may enforce limits (e.g., number of devices/streams) to protect service quality and licensing.
8) Content & Intellectual Property Rights

9) Third-Party Services

12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will English IPTV List be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the subscription in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13) Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless English IPTV List and our affiliates, officers, and staff from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud/abuse, unlawful activity, or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ceases, but the sections intended to survive (e.g., Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnity) will continue.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
