1) Designated Agent
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent using the contact details below. Using these channels helps us respond quickly.
2) How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice
To request removal of allegedly infringing material, your written notice must include ALL of the following:
- An identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the exact URL(s) or sufficient information to locate it on our service.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name counts as an electronic signature).
Tip: Email is fastest. Please include “DMCA Notice” in the subject line.
3) Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)
If you believe your material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your residence (if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of any district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name).
After we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complaining party notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity.
4) Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, we may disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We also may remove content at our discretion.
5) Misuse of DMCA
Knowingly submitting false claims or counter-notifications may result in legal liability. Please ensure your submissions are accurate and complete.
6) Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
